Title: The bottom are Mitsumi but I've never seen the switches above them before

The linear variants of those were cruciform mount IIRC. The bottom is the tactile hybrid though.

They look a little bit like Alps Buckling Spring except turned 90 degrees Oo . In any case, I'd suspect a dome with slider design.
