They're from orihalcon so you know they were done correctly.

Both have the multipart legs, both are square badge, and the June one is a barcode label.

If you guys want to message me through here and pay by direct invoice instead of ebay, I can give you a 10% discount, so you'll be looking at more like $63 shipped.  Thanks!

I've always wanted an M, but just never had the time to do the proper research.  Do these have "the foam inside"?  And do we know anything about the condition of said foam?

No foam inside of these M's, it's F's that have the foam that sometimes needs to be replaced.  M's are the ones that you occasionally will have to bolt mod if too many of the plastic rivets come off.

I have brand new SEALED Lexmark Manufactured (circa 1995) M122's with Soarer's Converters for $65 shipped if you want something that will be future proof.  Those have ZERO broken plastic rivets:

Would be $65 shipped to the USA if you were to message me through here with your PayPal info with that same 10% discount.

Not trying to take over the thread here, just think it's a pretty good deal if you want something that will require no maintenance in the foreseeable future.  These are actually the only older NIB model M's that I've seen that don't have broken rivets.  Must have been using higher quality plastic or something.

Nah I think we'd much rather see you here advertising your stuff 10% off than to make everyone's lives including your own more difficult through eBay. :P I recently saved a Model M from recycling and the only thing that was wrong with it was a loose stab on the spacebar. Everything still works perfect and came in the original box. Feels great so anyone looking to try one out this would be a perfect opportunity.

In my experience only the first and second generation Model Ms really suffer from broken rivets. If it has drainage channels, it probably doesn't have broken rivets!

That is not true at all.  Some keyboards I have are pristine and have unbroken rivets, yes.  However I can say without a doubt, I have had several with drainage channels that needed a full bolt mod.
