It says that this item will not ship to germany.
How did you redeem your code? By e-mail? I am asking cause I'd just change the shipping adress to sth US if it's just there for the form anyways.

They physically have to mail it or you pick it up in person.

eBay isn't fond of digital delivery, and most places like best buy don't offer instant delivery of codes like these because there is no automated system for it.
