I installed a Frosty Flake in my QuickFire Rapid. When holding down the right ALT key, some other keys (B N F12 left,down,right arrow & ?/) wouldn't register. I thought it must be a problem on the circuit board but, before I did anything else, I replaced the stock controller. With the stock controller, all keys worked perfectly.
After an exchange of messages with a very patient bpiphany, I looked at the board & found a solder bridge between these two points. (This is not my board, just a photo I found online)
I don't understand how they could have missed it, as I found it quite quickly, and I don't understand why everything worked fine with the stock controller.
Now I'm happily playing with the programmable controller & grateful to a patient bpiphany.
