LOL... too true, I can just tell right away what is a Cherry board even when it's not a very common model like this one. It's how I find a lot of the strange ones, or find them for silly cheap. I've only been wrong once, even buying from listings with the most horrible pictures and no relevant info in the description.

the hunt continues. IvanIvanovich, you seem to be good at this. any suggestions? so far all i've been doing is a blanket "g80" search on 'newest listings' as i've gone through all the other g80 listings.

FYI I have one of these boards with the same extra external connector I got from a different ebay seller who also is in MN.
The one I got has the vintage "dark blues" in it....I don't know that this one does but maybe
