It looks alps-ish. But without more information and/or unless someone has the exact one its nearly impossible know for sure.

Unfortunately that's the only pic I have atm, will update if something new comes up.

Unfortunately the owner is not willing to remove keycaps "because it might damage the item" -.-

My money would be on some sort of ALPS
