I've been using my zowie FK1 for about 9 months, and i use the scroll wheel to bunnyhop in CS:GO
the scroll wheel on the FK1 isn't ideal to begin with, because it 'clicks' rather than being a smooth wheel, and now the wheel on my FK1 is worn out after months of heavy use while bhopping
Would anyone be able to recommend a mouse whose sensor wouldn't be a downgrade from the FK1, but with a smoother scroll wheel that can turn freely rather than having tactile bumps while it turns?

The Logitech G502 has a hybrid mouse wheel. If you press the button it clicks, but if you depress the button it rolls freely.

that seems ideal, is the mouse itself good in terms of the sensor? i'm assuming their mice are better than their keyboards

I am not a competitive FPS player or anything but it's great for the games I've played with it. It's very comfortable and the price isn't bad either.

the sensor in the G502 is regarded as the best sensor on the market right now
google g502 sensor or just (pixart) 3366
not everyone agrees, though. do some reading and decide :)
