Title: missing keycap from a massdrop order

i recently bought the vortex pbt keycap set (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/vortex-pbt-keycaps) off of massdrop (my first massdrop order!), but, as the topic suggests, i'm missing a row 1 key - does anybody know if they would happen to send me a replacement free of charge? i sent support an email, but they took their sweet time replying to another email i sent a while back regarding my order.
