Title: Painted Novatouch?

So I just bought a Novatouch. I love the feeling of the Topre switches but the outer frame of the keyboard attracts finger prints like crazy!. I was thinking about sanding off the UV coat, painting the outer frame with primer, then with a nice dark gray, followed by a coat of glossy clear enamel.

Has anyone else done this or something similar with their Novatouch?

I think I saw a white one somewhere that someone painted.
