Title: Independence Day

So I'm watching der' bluray..  The visuals hold up pretty well..


It seems the weakness in the Alien cruisers is that their Generator Technology can not handle the Powerload of firing the Energy Beam WHILE maintaining a shield barrier around the beam-beacon.


Hopefully when Humans attempt galactic conquest,  we will remember to equip better generators   or  a Larger capacitor array to maintain shield capacity Prior the firing sequence.
