Yup, definitely foam and foil. There is a variant that has Alps Salmon switches, and sadly, this is not it. Foam and foil is still a very nice linear switch. The foam will degrade over time.

And the 3155 is a terminal board and not pc-compatible.

I think he was making a joke. It's a form of humour where you say or write something that could mean something else. In this case, "wang" is also a word for "penis".
