Probably, but you never know until the end. It might end up costing less than $139.99, though, which would make it worth it over the other auction.

Someday I'll find one for less and you'll all finally believe me that you can find an AT Model F for under 5 bucks.

Good luck with that, they're fairly rare to begin with.
