Keyboards are great, but there's more to life than our typey, clicky friends. For example, check out this swell deal on a genuine Madsen Zodiac 901 Middle-Ear Analyzer Tympanometer (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Madsen-Zodiac-901-Middle-Ear-Analyzer-Tympanometer-ZO-901-P-8-02-220/171220420517):

It can not only be used to check your middle ears (which, as you know, many GHs have), but to check how in-tune your tympani are:

Units like these are usually well over $1000, so act now! And yes, they do have a few buttons, but they don't really qualify as KBs, so you're okay there.

You'll also notice the Tympanometer has what appears to be a spacebar on its display. This still doesn't make it a keyboard.
