Dairy
Pork
Beef
Chicken
Vegetable Oil..


I just don't know anymore...

There are studies that says things every which way..

It's impossible for me to tell which one is post-paid by the dairy/meats industry, and which one is real science..

Just do whatever Dr. Rhonda Patrick says. And **** Trans Fats, Sugars, refined carbohydrates, bad cholesterol and whatever you are addicted to because we all get addicted to something and dependence sucks, even if it's a good thing, if you do it in excess it will screw you up.

Fats work for me. Ditched refined carbs (and almost all carbs) and lost over 30lbs, on track to lose even more. Not big on dairy either though, except for eggs. Copious amounts of steak and eggs with moderate amounts of bacon throughout the week ftw.

I WOULD do the steaks,  but it's so time consuming to make..  6 minutes per side, that's 12 whole minutes over a hot stove.. 

Tp4's not fit enough to do this 3 times a day...
