Title: Is it possible to buy individual Topre switches?
Post by: Ramage on Tue, 28 July 2015, 14:32:16
I've searched the internet and have been unable to find a source that sells individual Topre switches. I just need one to test fit some CNC'd keys. Does anyone happen to know a source I can acquire this from?

Topre switches aren't discrete single units like MX or ALPS switches. You have the switch slider/stem then the housing and the spring/dome resting on the PCB.

You can't just buy parts for topre boards.

There are places that sell topre keychains that might help with what you are doing.

Oh that makes a lot more sense. I wasn't familiar with the mechanics of that type of switch. Thank you.
