I've recently begun to notice that my keyboard at work (a Logitech Deluxe 250) transposes keys from time to time, usually space. Lik ethis. It's not just space though, because I've noticed other words getting some characters jumbled up and I suspect it is due to the speed at which I can type those words.
It looks like the Das III and Filco Zero aren't for me then.

Supposedly the Das III has a new controller that fixes the problem. No one here has recently bought one to test, though, AFAIK.

ya nothing irritates me more on a board (of any cost) than key transpositions.
-
Okay, I MAY have just had the extra space thing happen. Man, I hope not. I had just convinced myself that this keyboard was a good deal and that I don't really need NKRO anyway. Pleeeeease just be my imagination...

yeah well i wouldnt be used to it thanks to my overpriced, antiquated dip-switched HHKB now would i!??!?
hahahahahahaha
in all seriousness it wasnt two spaces, but a space in the wrong spot (maybe? ive already forgotten)

well if the keyb is doing it, it will usually happen on more than just one sequence. You'll usually find a collection of sequences on which it happens.
The spacebar is easy to hit early with the strong thumbs, especially if your wrists arent lined up right. What kind of keyb is this?

I found that one version of the Maxiswitch-manufactured GW2K Anykey keyboard would not support enough simultaneous keypresses to be good in few games, but the current one isn't giving me those problems, at least not in either of Carmageddon II or Flatout 2...
Yeah, I play old games...

Tha thappens to me on very rare occasions, probably because I make a lot of type-o's.
