Title: Soarer's Mod - Anyone know how to bind 'launch web browser' to a key?

I have a lovely Model F122, and am binding the extra keys to various functions via the config file. I can remap keys no problem, and assign them to some functions  as the documentation shows, but I can't find a way to launch the web browser. Anyone know a way?

Oh, and does anyone know a way to set up key combos (e.g. I want LCTRL+HOME to output the letter 'A')
