Wait, is KappaKaps bad? Sorry, I'm newish so I don't know members too well, banned or no (except for Sherryton).

Was gonna order thr Bluegaloo and Escs from KappaKaps since I missed out.

He violated multiple ToS on separate occasions to the point that it warranted a ban.  Honestly there is no short and sweet answer about any banned member, because it's never a single event.  It's a months-long drama fest that ends in self destruction.  These threads don't accomplish anything because few people were there for every event and know the whole story.
