You'd probably want to look into the Dell P2214H. Height/Swivel/Tilt/VESA compatible, DVI/VGA/DisplayPort (no HDMI unfortunately). Near similar specs (8ms lag vs 7ms on the S2240M). 2 of them set me back $300, fantastic monitors for the price and what my needs were (last me until 4K becomes this price point). Gaming should be OK on these monitors, I do mostly design work on them. After a year of almost daily use, zero dead pixels.
I don't think this is that great of a find unless you really want to forego those features mentioned - the $150 price for the P2214H is fairly regular at least in the US, possibly even cheaper.
