Title: Creative help required - Design a KOTM winner sticker!
Post by: katushkin on Fri, 07 August 2015, 16:08:43: Evening all. I call on those charitable and creative ones among you, to design me a relatively simple sticker for the 12 winners of Keyboard of the Month.

What I am looking for, is a simple sticker design, containing just words, saying something along the lines of "Geekhack Keyboard of the Month 2015 winner". Just rearranged around to fit on a sticker around 2.5"x6".

CPTBadAss has been kind enough to offer to print them off for me, which cuts down on costs as he has done it before.

Anyway. The best design will receive either a Zeal, Mimic or Pexon (depending on location) cable (or other merch) of their choice up to the value of £20 (about $30). Just give me the design/product you want, and I will order it and ship it straight to you.

So, I know I am asking a lot, but I hope the cable will entice those of you who have helped out techkeys and others design something to come out and help me out too :) If designs could be in pdf, svg, eps or tiff, then the CPT can get them printed :)

This will run for like, a week maybe? Unless someone can come up with something awesome tonight as CPTBA is going out tomorrow to print some out already and has offered to do some for me too.

That's really cool! Pretty much exactly what I was looking for :) I'm not sure how cost effective it would be to print 12 individual stickers however, obviously if I could do individual ones I would love to, but with the time as well, I would need to ask CPTBA to hang around until mid December when all the 12 winners have been decided.

TSD, if you could maybe add "2015 winner" underneath the "keyboard of the month" then we could put the month bottom left and the name bottom right?

Looks awesome. Where have you got the font file from? Would it be easy enough for me to use the file format and just edit the name and month?

I will leave it open for a while, but I think this design is fantastic.

The font is called Special Elite, I think it came from DaFont, it was free but not sure exactly where I found it.

I have the multi layer file here, Im always here so if you need me to change a name or month I can easily do that in a minute or two

Awesome :) I shall PM you with names as and when they are decided, but I've listed all the winners so far in the KOTM sub forum :) I will get you a cable of your choice if you send me a PM, but I am still open to ideas. If I can get another awesome design, I will use both :)

Yes. I can print clear background and solid white.
