Hey there,
I have a Realforce 87. Out of the blue the windows (super) key quit working. I have tried it on different computers, OSs, and USB ports. Any thoughts on how to fix it or if Realforce has a warranty?
Thanks

Did you try turning off the DIP switch 'SW2' that is underneath your keyboard? Doing so enables the window key.
Did you purchase your keyboard from EliteKeyboards by any chance? If you did, then they do have a 2-year warranty on the Realforce.

It's a sign from the above to ascend to Linux. :)
Anyways, try what rf87 said. If that doesn't work and it's not on warranty, post pics of the pcb around that key.

Hi jophde,
Did turning off the DIP switch 'SW2' work for you?

I have tried toggling the dip switch on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The Mac OS was a separate machine too. The switches seem fried :(. Is there anyway to fix?

Do any of them work? Are you unplugging it first and then changing them?
