Title: Former lurker, proud new member.
Post by: quimsan on Thu, 13 August 2015, 12:39:31
Oh, why hello there :3

Been lurking for a while and I finally decided to get my own account.

I'm a 25 year old software test engineer from Sweden looking to spend some dough on my keyboard.
I'm looking to spice up my Filjo MJ2 TKL, I've seen some amazing things on Geekhack but what got my attention are the 'Red Alert' caps. They are insane.
If you know any good place to get some nordic ISO PBT caps, hook me up!

Regards
Jimmy

Welcome! I am new here as well. I just see too many juicy keys and artisans, so I had to join in hopes of joining a few buys and trying to pick up a Bro or a Clack.  :p

Welcome to GH!

Nordic and ISO and PBT is not an easy combination, you will not find many custom keycap sets. There are those from Ducky, and if you change from PBT to ABS 7bits group buys always have all possible language options.

Welcome to Geekhack!

Like madhias said, ISO (Nordic) and PBT is an unusual combination.  But there seem to be more and more Swedes on the forum these days.  Perhaps if you all raise your voices together during the next group buy, someone might listen!  The issue with a lot of ISO sets is that there are not enough people to buy them, and those options often do not meet MOQ (minimum order quantity) or are prohibitively expensive.

There are these, but it doesn't say if they are ABS or PBT: http://www.keyboardco.com/product/double-shot-filco-105-key-swedish-finnish-keyset.asp

Also it's a question that does seem to come up from time to time:

From those few links (there are more, but not really helpful), it seems your choices are Ducky or Teraset.
