I don't do it, and I generally hate it.

You gotta go to the store to buy all those watermelons don't you? How do you handle plane rides? I get anxiety just thinking about dealing with strangers sitting next to me for hours. Particularly the chatty ones.
On topic, in theory I like exercise cause of the benefits, in actuality, I find it is depressing how out of shape I am. I over estimate my skill set and it sends me into a shame spiral. Best to just avoid it. I do like walks though.
