Title: DK tronics ZX thing, what switches?
Post by: chyros on Fri, 14 August 2015, 19:23:12
Found this weirdo: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DK-Tronics-Keyboard-For-Sinclair-ZX-Spectrum-48k-or-16k-A1-/151778796632?hash=item2356b8a458

Anyone know what switches this uses?

Made for Seņor Sausage Fingers.

Veeeery iiiinteresting.

The seem to be discrete switches with conductive rubber domes inside: http://kevman3d.blogspot.fi/2014/01/tech-fixing-dktronics-keyboard-for-my.html

Sliders MAY be MX compatible. Interesting caps. Uniform spherical, with angled tops, something like shorter Row 1 SA caps.

Bingo. Those switches in that article are Alps integrated dome switches.
