Not possible, the Filco PCB doesnt have through-holes or circuit traces in the positions needed to support off-center caps or space. You would need either a Phantom or something like a Korean custom board (GON, Duck, etc).

What strict said. Without some serious modding, it would take a plate and PCB swap to do it. But it could be done.
One would need to dremel out the switch hole locations in the plate, and drill holes in the PCB and solder wires from the switch back to the pads on the PCB. I have done that type of PCB work when I rotated the Esc switch 180° to put in an LED for the eyes on the cap in my avatar pic. I then wired the LED to the HDD activity LED pins on the motherboard. That mod was a royal pain. I don't think I will be doing that one again.

Looking at the board, the ESC is probably more difficult due to nearby traces.
However, while odds of destroying the pcb are small, this is probably not a mod to be taken lightly. It will take some precision to pull off well and you will need to mod the stock plate (difficult to do accurately) or buy a new plate to make it work. The new plate will not fit the stock case, nor will it readily fit a Vortex case. If you want to mod the stock plate, it would be wise to print out a template from Swills plate building tool, but keep in mind that the stock plate is steel, and not only will it eat a lot of Dremel disks, but unless you are really good with a Dremel, it won't turn out how you think.
