How bad does it get? Can I still function as a normal human while ushering in this new chapter of my life where I spend my free time swimming in a pool full of keycaps? Also, Hi.

It gets bad, very bad indeed!

Bad like $500+ for a single artisan keycap!

Bad like buying 5 or more HHKBs!

Bad like having at least 4 keyboards for each of your computers, and at least 4 keycap sets for each of those keyboards!

Mind you, there's threads like this one (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=67980.0) that try to provide a little balance.
