Hello!
As the title says im a proud owner of a steelseries 6gv2.
Recently i started playing cs go somewhat seriously and i found myself accidentally clicking my space bar once in a while, so i decided it is time to change the switch to a heavier one.
The keyboard has mx blacks on it. Do you know any switch which would allow me to rest my thumb on the space bar? I need something that i wont accidentally press ! (i dont want something that would break my finger when i press it too lol) Maybe there is another way to change how heavy the switch is?
BTW if anyone has a spare switch that might work I'll gladly buy it!
Thanks!

Try linear MX Grey if you can find one. Just desolate and replace that single switch.
:D

Do you use that keyboard for typing much? You might find a heavier spacebar can cause discomfort while typing.
Something like an MX Green, while not really heavier than MX Black, can withhold resting on the break-point of the action better than a linear switch, though it might just be best to change the habit of resting on the spacebar altogether.

Yeah maybe get a wrist rest. I've never heard of accidentally pressing space bar tho. Most pro CS players actually use mwheelup for jump. You could try that

So true, after switching to heavier switches, I quickly ended up switching spacebar, enter and backspace to lighter switches.
