Title: Raptor K1: Cherry MX Blacks or Browns?!

Hi everyone,

nice forum you have here!

I finally came to the conclusion that a quality mechanical keyboard is what i need. Since I consider buying the Raptor K1 I wanted to know the type of it's switches.

There are no official statements on this but I saw a picture with black switches and another with brown ones. So which ones do they use?!

It says something here (http://www.raptor-gaming.de/raptor/raptorUK/Produkte/k1.htm) about 30% shorter stroke than normal, so maybe it has unique switches.

Raptor K1 is Cherry MX blacks.
Raptor K2 is G86 like the Cherry Cymotion boards.
