i access GH through a remote connection to my home PC. all my work sees is that connection, not anything that happens behind it.

plus, i am IT, so i'm 100% whitelisted

I have to download .torrent files on my phone at work through my data connection and save them to my dropbox/torrents folder.  Then my server at home starts them.  What a pain.

can't you just remote into your home server from work and download them there?

My ISP changes my IP too often to do that reliably, unless you know of a different way.

Sometimes I also use the remote.utorrent.com service.

When I'm at home I VNC into it on my LAN.
