so I know that these are sold in a couple places but all of them seem to be UK based and with insane shipping...I mean really $40 for a usb cable replacement.... so I was looking around but only managed to find this :http://m.ebay.com/itm/Original-Logitech-MX518-MX510-MX500-MX310-G1-G3-mouse-USB-cable-USB-mouse-Line-/271248777007?_trkparms=aid%253D222007%2526algo%253DSIC.MBE%2526ao%253D1%2526asc%253D20150519202348%2526meid%253D730120a426004357a740922f5fa1e140%2526pid%253D100408%2526rk%253D1%2526rkt%253D20%2526sd%253D180656405030&_trksid=p2056116.c100408.m2460
can anyone tell me if this'll work in my filco? thanks
kinda disappointed in the filco brand to be honest. I've only had this keyboard 2 years and it's already broken. I've had dell keyboards last well forever, I still have my old one from 2002.

Pretty sure that would work, but you dont get the case hole grommet
if you want it to be detachable , pexon offers the cable mod

thanks... :)seems like that mod would be really easy to do. you know of any guides you'd feel like linking me? I'm on mobile and it's a pain to search the forum.

It's basically just opening the case and unplug the old cable and plug in the new one.
You can find a video by whitefiredragon on youtube on opening filco case (I'm on mobile and hard to link you as well)
But it's basically unscrew one middle bolt and two bolts under the hinge. And use something like credit card run along the top and bottom case to slowly unsnap the clip :)

Nah i mean, making the detachable wire mod. :P i saw a few guides on here where people just soldered their own.

not understanding the confusion..? there are people that solder their own. of course id still need a working cable but i could solder it to a micro usb head.
