So I've recently got into the mech game and am excited to join this community. I just ordered the Varmilo VA87MR from massdrop a couple days ago with those cool minty caps and bought my first artisan, a Booper! Purple monkey with Black Eyes. Now I don't know much about this stuff so I need all of you to guide me from my pleb level to slightly less pleb level so I may actually understand and interact with you all.

My plan so far is to trick out my Varmillo when it gets here (massdrop please) and begin collecting artisan/key caps. I look forward to becoming a mechy and hope that you will all help me ascend to Valhalla together.

Replacement keycap sets is one of the first things people often do, although with those minty goodness keycaps I'm not sure you'd want to :))

Next up you'd need to try a few different switches, which means really starting your keyboard collection.  Very few people stop at just one keyboard.  There are just too many switches to try!
