Title: How to make a proper trade through online?

I have an ad/offer for a trade but I do not know a proper way of making a trade (other than selling and buying).  

I would appreciate if anyone can give some advise on making a proper trade (ie: paypal, etc).  Thank you.

The preferred method of requesting a trade would be to post in the Marketplace section (usually with a title like "WTT:...").  At that point, if someone wants to trade with you, they will PM you to sort out the details.  Usually, if there's money involved, it gets handled through Paypal.
