Title: [SOLVED] White front print keycaps with Finnish/Swedish ISO layout?
Post by: lautzki on Sat, 26 September 2015, 14:42:39
Yo. Any idea where I could find a set of white, front-printed keycaps with Finnish/Swedish (Nordic) ISO layout? I have a QuickFire XT.

https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1334 (https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1334)

This is exactly what I want, but is apparently only available in US layout.

I know that Ducky have a white ISO/Nordic keycaps set but in ABS and not frontprinted.

You can always take a look here: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=70781.0

Blanks will suffice just fine, but I really prefer the textured feel of PBT.

The texture is not an inherent property of the plastic but of the mould... Although PBT tends to keep its texture longer, not having it worn off as easily as ABS.

You could get blanks of PBT and then apply the letters with water-slide decals (print on special paper, cut out and apply) or rub-on stickers ("gnuggisar"), if you could find them.

Welcome to the big problem of ISO layout, you can't almost not  find any  ISO/Nordic layout PBT keycaps sets.

All good lookin keycaps sets are in ANSI layout.

Here is some pictures of mine ISO/Nordic/English k-boards.

Duckys Nordic Grey/Blue laser ingraved PBT set on my Ducky Shine 3 English ISO layout k-board.

The Esc cap is a HKP Raven Smoke cap on this picture.

The 2 black  "BEERBREAK" caps don't belong to the yellow set.

I solved mine never find any ISO/Nordic keycaps sets problem anywhere, I bought a ANSI k-board last year, got 5 ANSI k-boards now and never any problem to find any ANSI keycaps sets in blank, toprinted, frontprinted black, pink, yellow and so.
