Just a few weeks into my discovery of MKs.
* Ducky Shine 3 mx browns purchased with some vortex double shots
* To a Pok3r with mx clears
* Now looking to buy a novatouch or HHK or realforce
* Spent more money on Artisans in a 5 day period then i would like to admit.

it's expensive to youngsters with little money and no jobs, but not completely inaccessible like so many others

Seriously, though, you just have to learn to pace yourself, set a budget, and stick to it. If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend reading intelli78's post, "Unhacking the Wallet," over in the off-topic forum.

Fortunately i have disposable income and a good job whilst still being young.
I think its the allure of collectibility although im grateful that unlike most hobbies a lot of these products hold value.

This can be as expensive or as cheap as you want.
With luck, perseverance and community involvement you can find almost anything at a reasonable price.
Or you can pay top dollar for the same stuff but purchase it immediately.
And depending on where you get them from, artisan keycaps will possibly be the most expensive items you purchase.
