Is there a difference between the anniversary one and a regular black one?

It has a smooth texture and is a graphite grey color, as opposed to the standard being a little rough and outright black. The JIS version also has 10th anniversary written in the upper right corner and blockers covering the areas where the LWin and RAppsKey would be in an ANSI layout.
