I'm about to blow 88 Yuan, $15 on this Ghetto-Air-Filter..

No they don't sell 20x20 furnace filters in china.. and I couldn't find a box fan either..

Yes,  but only in the United States..

And it was a success over there, because they sell furnace filters..

Well, when it comes to mobile devices, 

If it's "too heavy"   pretty much, you'll eventually just NEVER use it..
