Title: Icecream, for Science
Post by: tp4tissue on Thu, 08 October 2015, 03:03:18
So.....

I've been eating Ice-Cream @ 2 meals a day, for 7 days.. (http://i.imgur.com/1ABnBIW.gif)
ok..

1st thing..  Acne,  I haven't had acne for 2 years already (I'm Old). but Icecream induced some minor breakouts.

2nd thing..  I get really tired when I'm not eating ice-cream.  Must be the Insulin spike..

Now,  overall, it's been alrite stomach wise....  I've also got a headache (http://i.imgur.com/CeSVycg.gif) just now because I didn't get my lunch icecream..

Conclusion:

I don't think this is a viable meal replacement plan..   (http://i.imgur.com/PlITNnY.gif)

Tp4 out...

I doff my hat to you.

The ice cream diet sounds like something I'd be on board for.

Ultimately it would probably end in diabetes - which through medical management would result in some form of weight loss....

Would that constitute a win...

I doubt it.

I've eaten a fair amount of ice cream this year. The best thing for gaining weight in my experience!

Well you're talking about mostly insulin resistance from long term obesity.

I'm pretty sure,  being diabetic at that point is the least of a person's worries, when they've had to go so long @ so "heavy"

The big guys who do drop the weight, usually go right back to being [Prediabetic] more/less healthy in terms of sugar regulation.

I was on this diet last year. Ice cream gave me my spare tire. Now I can't get rid of it, and the craving for Phish Food remains.

Oh... and move back to the USA where you are less social and don't leave your house. Off Topic needs your support.

Do you think I LIKE talking to other "People" ?

I lost my voice the first week I was here,  took a whole 2 days to recover...  My voicebox was -That- weak.

You lost your voice just from regular talking to humans face-to-face? Or were you yelling at a loud titty bar or something? If it was the former, I guess it is like any other part of your body and your voicebox atrophies?

Yea I think it probably is due to "un-use"

I'm not kidding when I say I'm a loner..   Like, Seriously, everything I'm in charge of could be done on the fone.

And you don't have to talk loud on the fone, the other person could just turn up the volume
