A guy is selling 2 of these keyboards..they are brand new..asking for $10 for both. Worth it?

Almost certainly rubber dome or foam and foil. If it's their proprietary conductive dome with slider over PCB design, it's among the best rubber domes out there IMO - but still rubber dome, of course.
