I've no experience with modding keyboards so please help me out, cheers

You'll have to desolder the switches, open them up and swap the stock springs for whatever weight springs you want (I think panda clear is using stock black springs?) , then solder it all back up.

The switch holes in the plate can be filed in their corners to allow switch tops to be removed with no desolder needed in the future.

Oh man, having no experience in soldering this will be a pain haha. Is it a relatively difficult job to perform?

Soldering is easy, but desoldering (especially stock keyboards that use lead free solder) is a pain in the ass and has its risks.
