I'm just cleaning his computer by removing bloat ware and stuff but whenever I press the right arrow key it doesn't go right instead it makes a 0 and left arrow makes a p, also if I press the letter p it continues typing behind the p so if I wanted to spell the word Pepsi it would be types esipp, I would appreciate help to make it act normal.

Sounds like a damaged membrane. Probably on one column. No real solution to that if it is, except to find a replacement board. Depending on the model you can find some on ebay.

Laptop keyboards are super easy to replace. Typically pretty cheap too. Don't be afraid! It is like 5 screws tops and 10 minutes of your time. I've done it more times than I can count.

Yea, laptop keyboard are fairly easy depending on the model
Don't be afraid to do it, just take your time.
Or an easy fix, just slap a TKL or 60% on top of the laptop and use that :)
