Hello GH!
Normally browse over at r/mk, figured it's time I broaden my horizons. Came over here for Booper's sale (won a Soul Slate Lillith!), decided to hang out for a bit.

I currently own 3 mechs. My introduction to this wonderful world was my Razer Black Widow that I bought forever ago (5 years?), still in service on my wife's computer. I also have a Filco MJ2 TKL that I really need to sell at some point (don't like reds), and a poker2 with clears.

I am in the process of gathering the parts to build a winkeyless full size board that will be my end game (for now  :p)

IMO, you should hang onto your Filco and swap out the switches for something you like better.

A BlackWidow success story - you don't hear many of those :)

Is it the lightness of reds you don't like, or the lack of tactile feedback?  I find reds waaay too light, but I like MX blacks.

I see you have realised that there is no "end game" keyboard :))  Each time you think you have it, some lunatic goes and posts a picture of something else that you just have to have next!

Reds were just a failure all around XD Too light and I didn't like bottoming out every key due to the lack of tactility. Swapping the switches on it might be a good idea, I'll definitely think about it.

I'm really looking forward to the build. I know it won't truly be and endgame, but hopefully it will tide me over for a bit. Really excited to get the Zealio purples in, clears have been my favorite switch for a while.
