Is anyone having issues with contacting WASD Keyboards? I posted a public question on their website last Friday, and after no response, I decided to send them an e-mail today. This was well within the working hours, but I have not heard from them yet.
I'm kind of short on time, since I'll not stay in US for long, so this makes any day important.
Mods, please move this elsewhere, if inappropriate for this subforum.

Normally, Paige gets back to me within 24 hours whenever I send an e-mail with a question. If nobody is responding within a 24-48 hour period, then that is unusual and I couldn't begin to guess what is causing the delay.

They have gotten back to me within 6 hours in the past.

An order I placed on Friday for a keyboard came yesterday, so they are still processing orders even if they aren't answering questions.

Good to hear. Unfortunately, I have some questions about the vim layout, that I'd like to sort out before placing an order.

Maybe try using the contact form (http://support.wasdkeyboards.com/customer/portal/emails/new) built in on their website? Only thing I can think of.

They got back to me after resending an e-mail and all is sorted. My WASD V2 should be in mail sometimes next week. :cool:
