Has anyone ever heardof Kkmoon mechanical keyboards?
There are two variants on eBay, one TKL (http://www.ebay.com/itm/131590974691) and one fullsize (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141759535288).
The TKL's case seems ideal for a paintjob.

Those look like partially re-badged E-Element keyboards. They're available on Massdrop periodically.
I have an RGB fullsize similar to the one you linked, with an identical wrist rest and the same eagle head logo.

It's decent. I like the backlighting a lot. The board was so inexpensive I bought 2. Still think I got my money's worth, but I don't have a lot of typing time on either of them so I can't speak to their long-term quality.
