Title: Giveaway Ideas Thread (Input Requested)

I'm not very creative but at times I enjoy being generous and giving things away.

So I need some help with ideas for a giveaway thread.

Anybody got any?

In case it wasn't clear I've got a few keyboard related items to giveaway.

Post or PM me.

I don't have many ideas for giveaways other than randomizing :/

I like cooking so maybe posting theme inspired recepies as entry? Just throwing the idea out there :)

Why not have a contest asking people to post there other interests and hobbies, and then randomly pick names out of a hat of those who contributed?
It might help make some members hook up via another shared interest they never knew they had... Like F1, I had no idea Katty liked F1 until I made that thread...

You could also do "experience tiers", like "these two things will go to someone who registered before today but in the last month and has under 50 posts" and "this thing will go to someone who has over 1000 posts".

Or if you want to set the Internet on fire, "this will go to someone who has over 100 posts and no Reddit account."

I haven't seen any drawing competitions?

Brocaps did the pumpkin carving, would be cool to see some drawing comps where you get them to draw the item they are looking for in the giveaway and best/most creative/entertaining wins!

Or do the same but write down a description of a scene or something and pick winner based on those values. I am a crappy drawer but I would definitely give it a shot.
