Title: Question about Happy Hacking Keyboard Silent version keycaps

Simply: Are the keycaps on the silent 'S' version of the HHKB removed and installed the same and interchangeable with the non S version?

Yes, they're exactly the same keycaps. The silencing is part of the slider.
