Is this a Yamaha KB-1000? Seems to be the exact same layout, but I don't see branding.

I think it's this: http://deskthority.net/wiki/DEC_LK201. Compare the label of the LK201 to what's on the Yamaha. Just how they look since it's hard to read the FCC ID.

Those LK201s are the actually some of the worst keyboards I've ever typed on.
