Title: Car ergonomics? Seat/lumbar cushion recommendation?

The question is about car cushions but I'm sure it relates to computer chairs too.  Can anyone recommend a seat cushion and lumbar support for use in a car?

I am getting really tired of being seated at work all of the time, but I'm having difficulty deciding on a standing desk or other solution, so I bought and use this (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011MRXTPW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00) at work. It's working great for me so far. Definitely not a long-term solution, but it has helped with my lumbar issues.
