I've never had an issue with any transaction him. Are you saying you didn't get the ice blue Clack? Wasn't that the same colorway you had on ebay like 2 weeks ago?

have done many transactions with him, so far, so good. And I don't know why would you send a CC without insurance. For such high-value items and sensitive cases like this, insurance makes things much more simple.

I've traded many times with Nguyen, he is definitely a genuine person. I would suggest you guys to resolve the conflict with another approach other than paypal dispute.
I am so so so surprised that such high value items were not insured. :thinkingface:

I've also dealt with nguyenkimtam before with some high value trades and have never had any issues. It's always best to use insurance and signature confirmation if you're dealing with items that you don't feel comfortable reimbursing or reshipping because it exists to protect everyone in case something happens because it's just not worth the hassle should something like this ever happen, regardless of fault or circumstances.

I am sorry for this happening but all I can explain is my side of the issue. The issue in this case is Minh Nguyen's/your refusal to provide any further information. I have notified Minh Nguyen several times and he only responded once with a very cryptic messages lacking necessary information.

He sometime keep around 5000$ of me and he completed for me around 30-40 transactions without any problems , so there is no point that i'm worrying about him ;)
