hello i have a problem the motherboard i have hes only usb when i use usb to ps2 the keyboard works but i dont get the NKRO only 6 keys :'( is there way to make usb to get signal only ps2?

If you want a true ps/2 port, then afaik the only way to get one would be to buy pci-e(or pci) serial controller card(something like this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PCI-E-Express-to-Dual-Serial-DB9-RS232-RS-232-2-Port-Controller-Utility-Card-/191595117487)) and use it with a serial to ps/2 adapter(something like this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PS2-female-to-DB9-Serial-Female-Adapter-/161077577547)).
I'm not sure how well that would work, but in theory it shouldn't be much different than an on board ps/2 port.

I intentionally haven't mentioned it.
Some people have already researched this solution, and it's a actually a pci usb controller card with integrated usb to ps/2 conversion, also it's pci, and if your mainboard doesn't have a ps/2 port then it's more than likely that it doesn't have a pci slot either.
Just so that I'm not accused of echoing unverified information I decided to check it out myself.
The amazon link provided by Snowdog mentions CHESEN CSC0101A as the IC used for PS/2 support. It's easy to find the datasheet for that IC (http://www.datasheet4u.com/html/C/S/C/CSC0101A_ChesenElectronics.pdf.html) which explicitly states that it's in fact a Dual PS/2 to USB Data Converter Controller.
So yeah, I'd say that you won't get n-key with that.

Or just use a Soarer converter or someone else's converter firmware, and get NKRO over USB.

A serial card with a PS/2 to serial adapter will not work. Those are only for PS/2 mice that can also speak RS-232, it does no actual protocol conversion, and a true PS/2 port is not an RS-232 port converted.
That PCI to USB/PS/2 card definitely won't work, as has been pointed out.
A motherboard with PS/2 on it would work.
The keyboard's clearly working on PS/2, because the adapter that the OP is using is PS/2 to USB - that is, PS/2 keyboard to USB port - and it's working AT ALL. If it didn't support PS/2, that wouldn't work. There's also not going to be a "different setting", because it's the PS/2 to USB adapter staying in boot mode that's causing this.

The only way you can utilize PS/2 with that computer is with a PS/2 to USB adapter. Otherwise you need a different motherboard that has a PS/2 port on it. That card I suggested will only work with a PCI slot, and your motherboard only has PCI-e slots on it. Not that it matters, because it would only do the same thing as having a PS/2 to USB adapter.

No it does not, only options are to get a new mobo or a PS/2 to USB converter like bhtooefr said.

Of course you're right. I stand corrected. I remembered that I used to use passive RS-232 to ps/2 adapters, but I forgot that it was for mice only.

Everyone here doest their best to figure out how to best solve your problem, but the issue isn't as trivial as you might think. You can blame Intel and Microsoft because they're considering ps/2 a legacy port.
As has been said before replacing your motherboard seems to be the most straightforward solution.
I've given it some more thought however and I also came up with the following solution(maybe others will comment on it's feasibility)
Maybe you could use a true ps/2 pci adapter(it seems like siig used to manufacture those (http://www.amazon.com/SIIG-DP-PCI-to-PS-2-JJ-PA0012-S1/dp/B001GX6BTO), but it might be hard to get nowadays) along with a pci to pci-e adapter (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PCI-E-Express-x1-Slot-to-PCI-PCI-X-32Bit-Adapter-Card-/261603863167). It might work perfectly, but those pci to pci-e adapters don't work perfectly with every pci card, so your mileage may vary.

Also just look at this picture (http://image.coolenjoy.net/SWFUpload/resizedemo/saved/m__7447feeb18b77f633b3024e46790268441596__f.jpg). That's Tesoro M7 SE Gaming. It has a ps2 connector and a ps/2 to usb adapter that's included with it, so it obviously supports ps/2.

That's a pci to pci adapter with, what looks like, a Syba SP-LP-UPS2 (http://www.sybausa.com/productInfo.php?iid=724) without the usb header. I couldn't find detailed technical specs for that card and I simply can't identify that micro controller beyond the fact that it's a NEC part. I would be cautious given the fact that it does have a USB header. Maybe someone else will have better luck identifying that ic.

Ok, so it looks like it's a NEC D720102 USB controller and the PS/2 is (again) handled by CHESEN CSC0101A which, as I posted before, is simply a ps/2 to usb converter.
So the difference between these (http://www.sybausa.com/productInfo.php?iid=724) two (http://www.sybausa.com/productInfo.php?iid=796) pci cards seems to be simply whether they feature two usb ports or a usb header.

I've just realized that the pcb layout of the siig ps/2 pci card is very similar to the one from Syba, and after some more research it turns out that it's actually the same thing - a pci connected usb controller with a ps/2 to usb data converter(this information would be easier to obtain if only the manufacturer stated it anywhere).
I'm very sorry, but looks like you'll have to either get a new motherboard or a NKRO-capable PS/2 to USB converter as stated earlier by bhtooefr (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=77461.msg1951585#msg1951585).
