The problem is the screw are so small

try to use a pliers to unscrew it. you need to be very careful to not damage the pcb

Sears sells a stripped screw puller.

I think i need to go to proffesional repair to pull the screw
I had a stripped screw inside my macbook pro and I very carefully removed it by drilling it out with a powerdrill
Bit of a last resort but got the job done
